I need advice. I am selling an English car to someone in Russia. What steps do I need to follow in terms of DVLA, tax, authorities - and can anyone suggest a shipping company? I have absolutely no idea where to start. Many thanks

contact the DVLA. tell them you want to export your vehicle from the uk. they have loads of information booklets on different topics. i would imagine legally you would need to derigister the vehicle in the uk. try DVLA first.
