I am thinking of doing this trip but not sure if I'll go Moscow-Beijing, or Beijing-Moscow yet; probably via Lake Baikal and Ulaan Butaar.

I'd really like to meet up with someone else and go together as am on my own. Am easy going and fairly flexible in my plans.

Me and my mum are from NZ and we are travelling in Sept/oct from Beijing to St.Petersburg. We'll probably stop in Baikal, Moscow, Ulan Batur, Irkurtz...but we haven't worked it all out yet. You are welcome to contact us if you are still doing your trip!

Hey! I'll be travelling alone from Beijing up to St Petersburg around Sept - October,not sure yet. Would love some company along the way if it all pans out. I'm 24 y.o aussie female,easygoing - just go day by day................ if possible. drop me a line if interested.Cheers

I thinking about doing the trip Beijng Moscow - Saint-Peterburg september October. Would like to be in Saint-Petersburg by the 15th of October.
I'm in Bangkok for the moment. Let me know what you guys have planned already...

i'm going alone as well, most prob in early oct, starting fr beijing, ending up in st p.
tekila have u confirmed the date u're going?
r u stopping at ulan batoor or lake baikal? or u're taking a direct train?
