Does anyone know of anyone in Russia who enjoys bird watching as a pastime or even more serious hobby? Are opportunities availble in the Petersburg area? I'll be there almost a year, so I'll have time to reach out a bit. It's an interest of mine and I'd like to meet others who share it, and learn about species of birds native to Russia.
