Hello readers, I am new to this sort of thing, but I would be pleased of some help in getting my lady in Russia to the UK, what I would like to know is, 1, Can she get the full docs like visa etc to visit UK, 2 When the 90 days has gone does she have to return home even if we marry here in UK during her 90 days with me? 3. How can I be allowed to keep her with me in UK, as I am not able to leave the UK to go to her in Russia due to work situation here. Please folks, can you let me have good advice on all this?

Even if you do get married on her tourist visa, she will not be able to stay longer than the 90 days (or 6 months or whatever it is). She would probably then have to leave the UK to apply for a spouse's visa, and her application would not be looked upon very favourably. If you really are engaged, you need her to apply for a fiance visa.
