My visa application went through like a dream at the consulate! I didn't realise that I had to print out my tourist voucher even after making the visa, and happily deleted my emails. The visatorussia team came to my rescue by sending me reprints in very quick time ! So please ensure that you make additional copies and bring it along with photocopies of other documents!
