I've downloaded the application form from the Russian embassy's website, but for reasons unknown, my printer only wants to print the first and last out of what should probably be 4 pages. Is there another website you can get this form from, with hopefully better results? Thanks!

Forgive my Homer moment, I done found - and successfully printed - the form from this website..... Still makes me wonder why my printer does not like the (even more official...) other form....
