Dear WayToRussia, I have tried to contact you couple of times via e-mail and phone, but haven’t got an answer yet. I understand that the problem with accessing the videos is an ongoing issue on your website, but like any true Russian I do not give up in trying to get an answer. Could you please let me know how the videos can be made available? I am even willing to buy them of you if it's possible. Hope you'll answer this time. Thank you.

I guess it's not an ongoing issue, but a specific problem with your software. Could you please tell me which videos you were trying to access (URL) and which software (browser, media player, operating system) you were using? I will then help you with that.

Sorry if I got it wrong, I just saw few messages on the web from number of people who couldn’t get an access to the videos and assumed that there is a problem with the site. Anyway, here are my details: Web browser – Internet Explorer, Version 6.0.2800.1106 Media Player – Windows Media Player 9 Series, Version 9.00.00.3250 Operation System – Microsoft (R) Windows, Version 5.00 ULR I was trying to access: http://waytorussia.tv/fclick/fclick.php?fid=baikalwmfull When I click on Baikal Video - Watch the full version, Windows Media – blank web page comes up. I asked the Computer Services to look at it for me, but they couldn’t get it work either. I will be VERY grateful if you could help!

I have both quicktime and windows media player installed. It seems there is a problem with the site's php code. The links lead to a blank page. You may be accessing your videos successfully on your local machine, but it will not work through internet. Dima, I'm sorry but this is indeed an ongoing issue, in regards to the other feedback about it. http://www.waytorussia.net/TalkLounge/viewtopic.php?t=2266 Perhaps the problem can be solved if the exact location of the videos was a download-link.
