I know that Svetukha is like a pet name for Svetlana.. but is there anything that is called Tsvetukha?

Both names are wrong. We can call Svetlana - Svetik or Sveta. I hear 'Tsvetukha' for the first time...

Someone may jokingly call someone named Sveta as Svetukha. But it's not a joke everyone will appreciate and understand.

Если б меня звали Света и меня бы назвали СВЕТУХА !!! Confused Я б убила этого человека!!! Первый раз вообще слышу такое издевательство над таким красивым именем именем.

Evgenia: Well, I had a friend in St Petersburg who has a girlfriend named Natasha (Natalia). He called her Natakha (Nataxa) and she thought it was funny. So, these things happen Smile
