Hi,
I will need to transfer between the Sheremetyevo 2 and Sheremetyevo 1 airports. I cannot find any information about whether they have some shuttle bus that runs between the two terminals. I understand they are about 5 KM apart. Does anyone know how to transfer between the two airports? I could only find online taxy service that charges 45$. It is unreasonable for a 5KM drive.

Thank you.

The taxi companies charge $45 because they need to drive up to Sheremetyevo to make the transfer first, which is quite far, especially on busy days.

But surely, $45 US is unreasonable, especially that you can get a shuttle outside for $1 US. Just come out of the arrivals area, go to the bus stop and wait for a small minibus-shuttle at the bus stop. When it arrives, you can ask "Sheremetyevo odin?" (Sheremetyeve One?) to know if it's the right one. Also, there a transit desk just next to the arrivals schedule and information office and maybe you will be able to use their Aeroflot shuttle as well for free.
