Well, if it doesn't work, it doesn't work. We made this travel guide to Suzdal a year ago, so it's possible the e-mail is changed. If we find out to what it was changed, we'll update it immediately.
As far as I know, no deposits are necessary, especailly, that there's no way for them to take it. |

| I too found that the email address did not work, I sent them a letter as well as confirming by phone them and was able to get a reservation, not all staff can speak english. The card that they were giving out still had the email address that didn't work. |
