I'm 23 and I'm Filipino. I got here in Moscow 5 days ago.

I didn't have problems with passport control... perhaps it's because I used the services of a "Fast Track" company.

As for customs, I had around 97 kilos (like 150+ pounds) of luggage with me, spread over 4 huge suitcases.

What's funny though is they didn't ask to scan the 4 suitcases.

instead, they opted for my carry-on handbag so off i put my handbag on the scanner

then they let me through.

around US$300 from manila - beijing
around US$500 from beijing - moscow

it's a pain in the ass, shit, i could have bought a friggin economy class ticket for my luggage! LOL

but i'd rather have a nice selection of clothes/shoes/accessories in my travels

i have this thing about mismatched luggage.

if i bring all my LVs and i lost them then i've lost all my LVs.
