Staying on the topic of this thread, I believe a lot of Russian women deserve more than what they have now.
They are beautiful and smart and I do like their more reserved, meditative nature.
It's sad to see that a lot of them choose foreigners as potential spouses - and most of the time it's because of the promise of a better life and more money, but I do not think they get good men necessarily when they marry foreigners. Very few do.
I will probably be hated on this forum for this, but I think a lot (I am not saying all, but a lot) of foreigners (both americans and europians) are trying to get a russian wife because they have been losers in their own countries when it comes to relationships. It's the fact. Hate me for this statement but I can't keep it to myself anymore. And so if you were a loser for whatever reason in your country, what makes you think you will make a russian girl happy with your loserville outlook on life anyway? |

You won't be hated Well.. by some maybe, but why should you care for that when you are just bringing your honest opinion? You are not offending anyone in particular here, just mentioning your dislikes.
I don't know if i read it on WTR or somewhere else, but you must also have the recent news in mind about the american research on abuse of women emigrating to marry foreigners? |

I saw it first-hand. When a hillbilly marries a beautiful, educated russian woman, guess what? He is still a hillbilly and she is still beautiful and educated. As he was a careless couch potato so he will remain after marriage. If he was abusive to his first (2d, 3d, etc.) wife or people in gereral, he will abuse his new russian wife.
American men, why don't you just stick to your own kind? Why do you hide behind this cover: "American women aren't worth the price it costs to take them to dinner." (not-so-famous quote from beachbum)
Like that guy who posts on this forum who has a website about him and the girl he met in Russia. It's their love story. The girl looks like 16!!!! And he is like 35! And on the site for hours it goes on like this: "Today I woke up and there was a sunshine in the sky... and I thought of you my honey...." or "She got her 2d package! Yeah, hooray! I am so happy!! Life is good!" On and on.
What is this some kind of bizarro world? Get a life. If you were a loser in the US meeting and dating a naiive 16 year old russian girl will NOT MAKE YOU ANY BETTER, dude! |

I agree that once a loser, always a loser....BUT, I don't agree that Americans or Europeans shouldn't date and/or marry Russian women if they want.
You said that you've dated American women...why shouldn't you stick to dating your only Russian women?
I'm just curious what makes your situation different. |

I live where they live. And I have been living where they live for a long time now. I do not go over to get them. They are all around me. I have no choice but to be with american women. |
