Hi, I will be riding in September from Magadan towards Vladivostok. Wondering about visas- whether any extra special permission is needed to cycle in these areas or if the visa is enough? Thanks! Alastair

Hi Alastair, This is a great adventure you are planning! Try to contact the Russian embassy in your country to get the latest list of the territories allowed for foreigners' entry in Russia. There might be some problems if you are cycling close to the border.
