Hi,
I would like to get a Russian Visa in Warsaw instead of in London although I am currently studying and living in London. I am not English but Chinese, is it possible for me to get the visa in Warsaw (my first destination is Warsaw)? How long does it take to apply the visa if I already had an invitation letter?
Thanks.

Try to get your visa in England: as you are studying there, you will be able to go to the Russian consulate, even though you're not a British citizen, on the grounds that you are a student in UK and (supposedly) have some kind of proof that you are a temporary resident.
