Hi,

I want to go to Russia in about 4 - 5 weeks. I'm currently in Bishkek Kyrgyzstan and want to apply for the visa here. The visa support from one or two agencies here (bishkek) offer us a letter for $150. I'd rather use your cheaper service. Therefore my question:

It appears your visa support is issued through St. Petersburg or Moscow. I want to fly directly from Bishkek to Novosibirsk. If I get visa support through your website, can I register it in Novosibirsk?

Also, I saw someone posted a question about the hotel voucher required for a Russian visa (http://www.waytorussia.net/TalkLounge/viewtopic.php?t=761&highlight=register. Does your company also provide one of these?

If not, should I just browse through your posts to find the best way to get the accommodation voucher for our entire trip?

Thanks for your help,
Chris

The visa support advertised on this site provides all the necessary documents to apply for your Russian visa: a tourist confirmation and tourist voucher.

There's no representative of the visa company in Novosibirsk, however, upon your request they will issue a special letter for you, which you can take to a local OVIR and have your visa registered very inexpensive.

Otherwise, you can check in a hotel, and the hotel will register your visa for you.

Thanks for clarifying the visa invitation service you provide.

Next questions. We contacted the Russian embassy in Bishkek. They do not accept fax/email copies of the letter of invitation or the hotel voucher. This is at least the translation from the person who talked to the embassy for us.

Based on that information:
1. Can you send the originals to us via FedEX/ UPS/ DHL?
2. If yes, how much would the additional service cost?
3. If no, how would you recommend getting originals?

Thanks for all your help.

Yes, the visa agency will be able to send you the originals with courier post. Usually it costs about $50 US. You can specify that you need it when you fill in the application form on this site.

You could also try normal post, which is cheaper, but I wouldn't advise it as there's 50/50 chance it gets lost and 100% chance you're going to wait for it 1 month or something.
