I tried to make a reservation through WayToRussia.net's agency, but they replied they could not make reservations for trains starting in Novosibirsk. Now I consider using bilet.ru. Does anyone have good or bad experiences with this agency? What about their price - they talk about a 199 rub service charge on train tickets, but is that on top of regular train prices, or are the train prices there more expensive than regular? Thanks.

I forget about the price, but it must have been okay as I would have remembered if it was wrong.
