Go to Masterrussian.com forum and you pick up a penpal there.
There are lots of people looking to learn English and improve their skill.

I am actually registered there. But not many new members there. And that site uses up all it's bandwidth early in the month, then you can't get on.

I should also specify, I am looking for friends for now. I want to learn about Russia, I'm thinking of visiting and it would be nice to know someone there, especially in the larger cities.
