Holly Just Starting Joined: 13 Aug 2004 Posts: 2	Posted: Tue Aug 17, 2004 5:16 pm    Post subject: Question 39 on Visa Application In another post you answered that for question 39 (name and address of the hotel where you will be staying) on the visa application you just use the information from your invitation letter. We have our invitation and can identify the line marked "itinerary". Unfortunately the information on that line is in Russian. How can I find out what that says so I can answer question 39? I got my invitation from your website. Any advice on this? It's the last piece of information I need before I send in the application.

waytorussia Frequent Guest Joined: 17 Mar 2010 Posts: 14	Posted: Tue Aug 17, 2004 8:18 pm    Post subject: The question 39 in the visa application form for Russian consulates states "Name, address and phone number of person or hotel in Russia that you plan to stay with". If you are obtaining a tourist visa, you should list the hotels that are reserved for you. They are written in your invitation. The invitation (visa support) has a pre-determined form and has to be in Russian only, that's why some travelers have problems finding the list of the hotels. If you obtain your visa support through this site, the hotels are listed 4 rows below your passport number (11th row from the top). You just need to copy the names of the hotels (in English, or in Russian if you can't translate) from your invitation to the visa application form. If the consulate officials ask you the address of the hotel, you can just say that it was the travel agency arranging the trip for you, and they know. If you can't find the names of the hotel, or you're not sure whether you are able to copy them in Russian from the form to the application, you can just copy the name and address of the travel agency that arranged your visa support from the visa support (usually it's written at the top right corner on the invitation). Make sure you don't write "waytorussia" as we don't provide visa support ourselves. Please, let me know if this makes it clear.
