Quite frankly, that infospace thing is awful. I always use

http://www.gismeteo.ru

They have every city in Russia that reports weather data and they give 5-day and 10-day forecasts as well as providing a half dozen maps.

If you have trouble with that then try http://babelfish.altavista.com

this might be an odd question, but seeing that ballets and theatre acts usualy open during winter, what does the ladies wear, seeing that it's such a formal event do they wear the snow boots to the theatre or do they bring another pair of shoes with them and change them in the foyer or how does it work? I know it's a very atrange question but it was just someting that I was wondering about Very Happy

There's a wide choice in elegant ladies' winter clothes in Russia. And certainly no need to come to the theatre in thick snow boots..
