I always use http://www.gismeteo.ru They have every city in Russia that reports weather data and they give 5-day and 10-day forecasts as well as providing a half dozen maps. If you have trouble with that then try http://babelfish.altavista.com

I know it's a very atrange question but it was just someting that I was wondering about
