regarding this law - "Об утверждении Перечня территорий Российской Федерации с регламентированным посещением для иностранных граждан".
Are there any tourist agencies which can provide permits for foreigners willing to enter restricted areas? I do not plan to visit any town producing nuclear missiles, it is YNAO, which is included almost completely in the restricted zone and I do not know if I have any chances visiting it at all.
