We are planing to stablish in St. Petersburg an outgoing travel agency specialized in exotic destinations. I would appreciate any information about the following points: 1-General Federal Regulation for travel agency and for tour operator 2-How to get a licence? do I need insurance? We are looking for a Russian reliable Russian partner. How do I would go contacting partners? Is there any consulting company or association? Thanks in advanced for any replies.
