Is there any chance, that when filling out the Visa Application form, if you have been arrested in the USA before (underage consumption of alcohol) that you will be subject to extra precautions before you are allowed entrance to Russia? Is there a possibility that you will be denied entrance to Russia? Thanks Brian

They might just waive the fee for that one, just kidding. I don't really think that they check for those types of things. That is not really a crime so to speak and I don't know that I would even list it.
