I didn't receive my visa support yet either, but I'm hoping that is because I applied for it on Sunday. I did receive e-mail confirmation from WaytoRussia as well as Intel Service Center, so I'm assuming (hoping) that the 24 hour processing time does not include weekends. Confused

I registered with all details of dates etc and pasport details and credit card details with the authority to deduct US$30.00.

They send an email promising next day. This was over 10 days now. Say the will send a fax which doesn't arrive and I've checked that my fax is working OK.

I try and send a fax to them but their line is always busy

I send email after email but not even a courtesy of reply

What do you want? You are dealing with Russia. You are planning to go there soon, so maybe it is time to get used to how you will be treated in most cases.

Do not blame it on WTR blame it on the guys who provide this business for them. They all should be fired.

Maybe I am asking a personal question. You said "my" visa support. Are you going to Russia without your honey?

We process 1000+ invitations each month and never rip anybody off.

When you ordered your visa support you were given the e-mail and phone number you should contact in case you have any questions. Did you contact them? It's +7 495 956-4422

If you would like me to sort out your query, you need to provide your full name and the order number (you got it, if you already paid, as you're saying) and we will look into what's happening with your order.

Oh yes, last advice: if you're so nervous you're going to be ripped off, I advise you against going traveling at all. Instead of calmly dealing with the issue you post a hysteric message on this board, this is very wise of you...

Hmm.
I´m a foreigner in China. In a city where foreigners are rare. But most the foreigners who are here usually complain over any little detail they can find?

I can´t understand why people in the first case leave their country if it's just to be negative.

Of course a invitation letter ordered on thi site will be sent. It's hell of a work nd very active site if it's all just a big scam!
Personally I've ordered a invitation letter here too, but I put on hold. I've been contated about 5 or 6 times by email. Every time with friendliness and good service.

If one really want to find the bad in everything, it is possible. bt what's the use ?

I got mine! I kept checking my e-mail, thinking it would be sent there, but it was actually faxed to the number I provided. That was definitely very easy and efficient Smile
