He told me one night in the Novotel Hotel in Moscow Centre cost him $325.00 US. He said he was told by friends in another forum that this is called being Racked. So, I would suggest if you're going to Moscow that you would learn more about being Racked by a hotel over there. I stay in my fiances apartment so I have no contact with the hotels.
