I was planning going to Russia, everything was OK until I discovered that the visa support service offered by this site is not avalaible for Chile and southamerica in general. I was shocked, they told me that they give visa support only for Europe and North America. What do I have to do for getting an invitation from Chile?...is it possible? ...or my only chance is going to some european country before and to get my invitation and visa support from there? Please I need your help, I already made my trip schedule and it is not possible to delay my trip because of my job Thanks

I'm sorry to hear about this, but it is true that for citizens of some countries it's not very easy to get a Russian visa support. Usually, it is the countries which the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs consider to be of immigration risk (I know, this is stupid, but they set the rules, unfortunately). The visa support is offered not by this site, but by a partner company advertised on this site. Like most tourist companies in Russia, they have an authorization to issue visa support for citizens of some certain countries (such as Western and Eastern Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and some countries of South America (apparently, Chile is not in the list). If they issue visa support for you, they may lose their license, that's why they can't do it. It won't matter which country you are in, but the citizen of which country you are. The only thing I can recommend you is to try some other companies. We do not work with them, so I can't guarantee the quality, but give it a try...
