Yes this is so true...in earlier post I've said that I didn't see a lot of differences in Russia from other places. We all have our problems which does in fact make us relative to one another. But the reality of the world is that good and evil exist...they define each other. Anyway I am in the works on moving to Russia next year...depending on what my personal relationship dictates. But I do hope to return to there soon-awaiting my visa.

I've thought about that one myself, moving there, that is. I've worked hard, and I thought about cashing in, and going to Russia, and starting a little business over there. I wonder how much money I would need to do that. I don't want to do an internet business, it would have to be a hands on deal. Something in demand. Like a Lada mechanic. Laughing Laughing

Sounds like you found yourself a Russian sweety. If so, what difference does it make where you live with her? I assume you're thinking of Russia, so as not to have to go through all the trouble you'll have from INS in the states? Thats commendable that you'd give up a fairly comfortable life for a lady in another country. I hope you find the paradise you are obviously looking for. Good luck to you, friend. And best wishes to the Misses-to-be as well. How did you meet your honey? On a trip?

2 1/2 weeks is not enough time period.

Well, I am responding to SurfGuy but I could have responded to many others. I think it's ok if the original poster wants to move to Russia after visiting only two and a half weeks. Sometimes it's ok to take life by the horns and just go with your gut instinct, why not? Will it be a bed of roses 100% of the time for him if he moves there? Of course not. But so what? There will probably be a lot of good, interesting experiences too.

Go for it dude have a blast!

Very Happy
