I'm considering traveling along the Volga river stopping at:
- Uglich
- Yaroslavl
- Kizhi Island
- Mandrogi

What are the chances of finding WiFi internet access in these ports?

Are there better solutions for laptop internet access (i.e. are cellular connections likely to work on this route)?

Thanks for the help.

I doubt if there are any public wifi access points. Cellular ( GPRS ) - definitely in Yaroslavl and Uglich, Kizhi. Some carriers have coverage in Mandrogi. Consider local carrier sim card to avoid gprs roaming.

ps - Kizhi and Mandrogi are definitely not on the Volga river...
