I definitely know that Yaroslavl does, over near platform 1. The last time I used them it was about 22 Roubles for 8-ish hours. NOTE WELL that they close for 15-20 Minutes every 2 hours or so They give you big numbered tags and you present them to get your gear back. The symbol is a suitcase inside a square, or look for a sign that roughly says "kamera Khranie". Someone (Dimas?) please correct my woeful Russian. I think Leningradsky does as well, but if it doesn't just wander over to Yaroslavl.
Moscovskii in St Pete does as well, although you have to remember the combination of the locker...
