Hi. Has anyone travelled to Russia with Expedia or similar? If so,will a print out of their itinerary,including name of hotel,suffice for "visa support"? I'm told that I need to access visa support directly from the hotel. Can anyone help? Thanks.

No. Visa support consists of specific documents. You can get them through this website:

http://www.waytorussia.net/Travel/VisaSupport.html

Or you can ask the hotel you'll be staying at to provide them for you.
