Cool I have sent in for my business visa application 3 day response --through an agency. will I get a response in just 3 days? What exactly does the consulate look at for allowing a person a visa. I do not have a criminal history, I work as a professional and goin to Ekaterinburg on a volunteer basis on business and also to meet friends. Also, is it a good idea for me to get a noterized statement from the 2 places that I will be staying--first is a home from a family, second is from a home-place where a woman rents out rooms.

Also, Delta airlines flight 30 from NYC does it go to Sherevetyevo 1 or 2--heard 2 different responses from Delta and the agency says S-1.
I am confused. How long does it take to get through customs? I would be arriving at 11:30 am and supposedly departing at 3:40 pm the same day for Ekaterinburg.

I don't know about the buisness visa aspect, but it took me in March about an hour to get throgh the line at passport control. If you have less than 3000 dollars, then you just walk through customs.

International flights arrive at SVO-2 and domestic departures leave SVO-1. There is a free shuttle bus to SVO-1.

Use another agency, your agency seems to be messed up...
