Hi.

I am planning a trip from Beijing to St.Petersburg on the Trans Mongolian and would like some music to listen to on route.

My question is what bands to radio broadcasters transmitt on in China, Mongolia. Would a normall FM LW pocket radio as commonly available in the UK be OK or would I need a more expencive world band reciever such as below?

http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00005JY3V/qid=1099414675/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i1_xgl/202-2923098-5201419

Unusual question I know but something I have not been able to answer via normall means of research?

Thanks,

Ben
