Hi

I'm having the exact same difficulties. My boyfriend's in Russia and he just got a new cell phone. He told me his number was: 8962 xxx-xxxx

Now, looking at all the previous messages, I tried 011-7-962-xxx-xxxx

(i'm calling from canada)

I get this periodic beep noise. It doesnt' sound like a ringtone. This is a silly question, but is that the ring tone? It just goes beep..*pause* beep

I have been calling cell phones from Canada and the service is very intermittant. Most of the time I get a busy signal and only occassionally do I get through. I am wondering if it would be better to use the Moscow numbers given on this website but when I call the Beeline number ((495) 105-5678) I get a "Number is not in service" message. Is there a new Beeline Moscow number?
