Any decent search engine will allow you to find several free, web based translators.

I remember that I saw somewhere a translation of a russian train ticket, I'd like to print it for my travel. But I don't remember where it was...

I've never seen a train ticket translated. You may be thinking of the arrival card that is translated into English on the forum.
