How is the weather there at that time? Is there Western hotels there I'm told they are the best to stay in. Any information on vladivostok will be appreciated I will be traveling alone Thanks

I saw your post from this past August and thought that yyou might have info for me. I and my wife are adopting a 13 Yr. old girl in Siberia. Have you already been to Russia? If so, how did things go?
