I really like these photos...perhaps people can share some of thier own...of how life in Russia used to be. I remember the 1980s here in the USA...I was in High School and Jr High for most of them. My view on Russia was that of the Cold War mentality...it was us against them, and them against us. Now of course I want to see Russia develope into it's full potential.

Used to be? It's still the same thing. When I go to visit my home town (I will be there in May again) that's exactly what I observe. Nothing has changed or every will.

well then I can't wait to visit the real Russia then...as we know I've only been to St Pete. Hey those are some great shots. I guess we too here in the states have places and people like this...I know I went to a small town fishing village in Northern California...pretty scary and I thought I was in a Twilight Zone movie

Great pictures...I like the photo of the 4 older women with the scarves on their heads. If I could read their minds, I bet they could tell some interesting stories living as a Russian woman.

Pleeease Jojo do not even try to identify yourself with a russian woman. You will fall short even if you try it for the next 20 years. Russian women are the most incredible creatures you will ever find.

Actually, I compare russian women to canadian women. They are more loving, caring and ever so hot looking.

Yes, I do like Canada.... sometimes.

Vitals..go back and read my post. You are missing my point. Are you lost in space. You don't even know me. Don't compare this Southern woman to a Russian woman. We have alot in common with looks and making sacrifices Mr. little man. You have tunnel vision when it comes to women.

Then watch your rude statements towards me as I am a woman as any other woman in this forum regardless the nationality. All of us women like to be treated the same. We are no different. So, be the man and act like a gentlemen.

Jojo didn't mean to hurt you personally. Sorry if it came out that way.

My point is the hardships that some russian women and russians in general are going through on a daily basis is unimaginable for the westerners. But despite that fact the russian women have still kept their dignity and spirits. That's worth of admiration.

I will treat you as a lady from now on.

There was a time when I pretended I was a girl on this forum. A certain Canadian got really fascinated by my beauty (I had an avatar with a pretty girl on it). He tried to find a way to my heart. I think he's still fuming with rage at me because of that deception. Laughing

In your dreams, Vitaliy. Mediashark told us all who you were, long before you pretended to be a hooker. And as I told you then, and as you've made evident to Jojo, your attitude and rudeness is one giant turnoff. You never fooled anyone here. Better go grab that coffee, you're still dreaming. Smile
