Stalin = Bush = Satan. Understand?

P.S. If one doesn't vote in an election, it doesn't necessarily mean they "have no say" so to speak or that they're apathetic or unaware of any of the issues. Sometimes, it means the prospective voter concluded that there isn't anyone to vote for (since they're equally bad). I would propose that that happens often and each time it does, democracy suffers. It can't work very well when people aren't voting and when all (or nearly all) the candidates are poor choices.

Just my two cents worth...

Anyone that did not have anything to vote for in this past election was either misinformed, didn't care, retarted, or too busy in their lives to make an informed decision.
this is what I mean;
Kerry: Socialism, pro-choice, anti-war, or anyone that wants the government to take care of them verses them taking care of themselves, which in essence is socialism.
Bush: Capitolism, pro-life, pro-war with the crazies, and supports the "american way" which is work hard & get rewarded for it, like I did.

Now if none of these topics were important to you or anyone for that matter then u have some serious soul searching to do.

just my 2 cents worth Smile

But, opportunities aren't available to everyone. Why provide for one and not the other? Who is to judge who's worthy and who int?

Once again I am speaking from my vast knowledge of my personal experiences. I was a waiter 3 years ago with only 1 semester of college, my family was not helping me out, and I realized if i was going to have a better life then I should get up off my a$$ & work since my destiny was in my hands verses the governments.
Now I sell houses & make a killin', why; well i'm glad u asked, I wanted a better life for myself & have self-respect, thats really what capitolism is all about, self respect.

First, it's capitAlism. Second. DEMOCRATS ARE NOT SOCIALISTS!!! That's an ignorant statement.

Here is a good article explaining Liberalism

And here's a good one describing Socialism

Read both.
When you call liberals Socialists, you're fanning the flames of ignorance, and showing a deep lack of knowledge about politics.

When I use the word Socialism I mean the following; providing everything for someone so they don't have to be dependant on themselves they are dependant on the government. ie..health care, tax the rich give to the poor, people that have $ are inherantly bad. Also living for the greater good of the community rather than the sanctity of the individual.

On social issues the liberal democrats are without a doubt SOCIALIST. Brick wall

I personally don't believe u should tax the "rich" more than anyone else & this is why: the rich employ the poor, now if u take a lot of $ away from the rich then they will take their money away from expansion, employee benefits ect. , now who does that hurt , the rich or the poor d'oh! .

The rich will always be rich, the poor depending on how much initiative they will either become one of the rich or stay poor, & depend on the government to level the playing feild, while cutting their nose off to spite their face.

Prove it. Also, you don't care about the community you live in as long as you're doing well?

Really? The rich have been taxed more then the poor for quite some time and
it hasn't slowed expansion.

*sigh* That's just not true. The poor do not depend on the government, they get by, those in extreme poverty get help. Maybe before you visit Russia, you should visit more of the US, talk to people and learn more about the people here and what their lives are like.

I don't think you have researched it enough, sorry. Kerry is/was the same as Bush. They are two peas in a pod. You need to read more than the mainstream papers and don't rely so much on CNN etc.
