Another socialist propoganda poll. I refuse to participate in it. So like the libs. They even say now there's no such a thing as the world terrorism. Liars.
It's all JUNK FOOD Miami, and if you keep eating it you will weaken your health.
Eggs, potatoes, beef, fish, bread - that's what will keep you healthy. |

Ive been allergic to milk off and on through my life, and finally I just stopped drinking it because it was giving me bad cramps, and yes, diarrhea as well. I also have a form of IBS, so I chose to stop chancing it with my stomach, especially in public. I miss ice cream though. |

I beg to differ but eggs are little bacteria bombs that immediately release bacteria into your bloodstream minutes after consuming them, those bacteria end up taking shits in your blood stream and leaving behind "morbid matter", that most of us dont bother to flush out of our systems. Potatoes while having a little protein, arent enough to sustain much, beef is a nice quick fix, but red meat increases your chances of EVERY TYPE of disease, and bread is basically just sugar unless you eat the really nutritious kinds, and even then if they contain yeast, you've just given yourself a shot of poison considering most people in this country are fighting a form of Candida. Time for a detox! |

Sugar, yeast and dairy are bad about giving you Candida. Candida gets into your lungs, body and gives you an infection that is hard to get rid of. I ended up getting Candida and bought some type of herb in a natural store to get rid of it. I also drank dandelion root tea and it cleans out your blood and kidneys. Very good for you. You do have to have some bacteria (Dairy) in your body to build your immune system. Detox is good, but if you don't get some infections in your body and you stay too clean, your immune system will get low and when you get something that is really bad (virus) then your body cannot fight it. It is actually good to get sick once in awhile to make your body stronger. Weird, but true.
You are sooooo right on eggs though, I got very sick from an egg once. I got "simonella" poisoning. Ah! it was bad. I passed out on the floor and everything was coming out on both ends. Top to bottom. I will never eat eggs poached again. I was so cold like someone put me on ice, but I was sweating at the same time. Go figure how that happened. I thought WWIII was going on in my stomache.
Thought I would share my experience with everyone as a non-relevant reply and I hope you all have a wonderful day.... |

A good steak, freshly tossed salad, home-fried potatoes, butter, sour cream and a liter of Siera Mist - that's where the strength of a real man or woman comes from.
All this chick food is for the quebecan colonies of the UCC (the United Colonies Of Canada).
You gotta eat meat to be healthy. The vegetarian life-style is an invention of some evil dude from India. Maraha-Braha-Vishnu. Or Amupa-Sipa-Mipa. |

Do you exercise Vitalsigns, and if so what is your routine? (I wanna know how you use these steaks). |

I walk a lot. Here in my state the air is fresh and we have nice parks to walk in.
I also do a lot of push-ups to keep my chest wide and strong. I am an example of the real manhood. Any candian male will envy me.
Meat is good for you since you consist of meat. Cows do eat a lot of grass although they consist of meat as well, but you see, cows have 3 stomachs and they produce milk. So there's a slight difference. |
