I've been offered a job in Moscow and will receive all paperwork needed to apply for a business visa. However, I would like my fiance to come with me and be able to work once we get there. He holds a passport from Uruguay. Is it possible for him to come with me, since I already have a business visa, or would he have to apply for his own? If so, is it possible for him to obtain a business visa through your company, since he's from Uruguay? Please help! I have to be in Moscow in January to start work. Thanks.

To make them more willing, tell them that you're going to marry, so it's really important for you. That might work. If it doesn't I think the citizens of Uruguai can't get an invitation through the standard procedure. So, try with your company first as much as you can and if it doesn't work, send me a PM and I'll try to see if we can arrange something for him
