| Yeah, Camrade. You're allright. But, in another hand, somebody said once: a national football team is a 'country on kickshoes'. That's funny, ins't it? |

| I am glad that Russians feel that despite problems, life is good in Russia. I doubt there is one country in the world that doesn't have problems. Life is hard. I know many Russian and forner SovietRepublic people have immigrated in the past 15 years or so. In my area I have met many. I think that the majority of these people in my area left for religious freedom. Many are extremely religious baptists, pentecostal and others are Jewish. I volunteered for awhile in a social service agency that solely assists immigrants and refugees coming to US. i ran a weekly conversation group in English for the purpose of helping people practice their new English skills. All of the participants were from, Russia, Ukraine, Latvia etc. The agency told me that in order for foreigners to get permanent visas to come to US- they must show evidence of religious or political persecution. Has religious and political freedom become more accepted in Russia? I haven't been involved with this agency for 3 years so I am not sure what the status is. |

Fauste I just thought he might quite down if he heard it from another
Russian...and he has for now...uh oh..I might have jinxed it.

You mean RussianBoy?....i wasn't the one saying that....and you are right except...the whole middle east seems to hate Israel....and they're not all terrorists.
| Quote: | | This belongs to the past, cold war, hot war, etc. Nowadays everythings depends what you have do sell what I have to buy. We buy Migs from Russia and, at the same time, we sell cow meat. Global world, for the best and the worst, became a large supermarket. When a presidente comes to another country, the approach is not cultural but economics. The relationships between EU and Russia, EU and USA, EU and South America, South America and USA, South America and China have the same target: to sell. That's the rule. |
You're right it is that's why I have no problem Russia, USA, China to be selling/buying weapons to each other...but not to enemies..or potential enemies....you don't see anyone dealing with North Korea....that's why it bothers me seeing all the terrorists using AK's and Russia selling to Iran ...especially since Israel is helping them with the Chechnya situtation now...although Russia won't admit that it's similar to Israel's situation.

Unfortuately not true. He is nationalist. He will think Camrade is just another Russian selling out his country aka liberal. I dealt with these nationalist all my life. They are programmed that they are better than the rest and they are the chosen.
On this forum, we had two strong nationalist Jeegar and this guy.
It is problem when someone says their country or religion is better than anothers. The flippin world is becoming defensive about this issue. Nationalism is on rise in Europe and Germany is close to electing a couple nationalist. there is growing hatred of Turks in Germany and moslims in Netherlands. Same in many moslim countries. That is why I get PO about people stereotyping and placing people in categories. It is just wrong. I quit this forum, but that bitch Jeegar was sitting ripping apart the USA, because it made her feel better. I am no american, but that was wrong. |

| US has been pseudo nationalist since 1776. USA has many things to proud of and many things not so proud. I am not happy in direction that the USA is going in which is lawyers that ruling the country, not people who are trying to make it better like engineers, doctors and entrepreneurs. They should cap the amount that punitive damages and other soft damages, thus taking away the incentive to sue, thus reducing the number lawyers, thus reducing bureaucracy. That is my view. |

I'm not real happy with the direction this country is going either. Don't get me wrong, I love this country. Being disabled, the U.S. has provided me with opportunities that not many other countries could. I'd still love to change many things here, which is why I'd never be a successful politician |

Hey, stop being defeatest. Che Guevera had Asthma and technical should have not done what he did and he changed whole look of Latin America. Nietzsche was a weak man and actually broke his back. His writings were considered to be father existencial philosophy.
Consider this can you put a square peg in a round hole ? No, because you have not thought a way to do it. The Gordian knot of ancient Greece was the key of power. It was stated that who ever released this Knot would conquer the world. So ever dick and his dog tried to untie this knot and could not. Alexander the Great (greek, not Russian) simply went up with his sword and hacked into two pieces and thus releasing it. So Everything is possible, just keeping on think of ways to make it possible (except stopping me from being asshole or be able write well- Goddamn dyslexia) |

Why do you have praise or hate either Russia or USA? It is bunch of people that live together. You have watched the movie Brat 2, you see that there is very little differences. We all basically want the same thing. Right?
So why define yourself as a Russian or have a defintion as a Russian, because you are different than Dmitri who is different than Camrade. We both want te same thing. To see the band Reflex nakkid right?
BTW, I can read Russian and French. |

I'm here because:
1. I'm studing English and I like English and I like to practise it.
2. It's interesting to know about Russia from foreigners.
3. I'm breaking myth about Russia.
4. I like to talk with other people.
5. I want to know about other countries.

Very funny. U're wrong, why I should "out on streets of Moscow and completing your ethnic cleansing"? I'm orthodox, I'm simple russian boy who want to live in USA. Yes, I want to live in USA! Maybe I am wrong, but also I want to live in Germany. Because I think that live in USA and Germany better then in Russia, but I still like my country. And you think that it bad ?
