It appears that you are in a frazzle...that's very nice you have a Georgian friend  Bravo Bravo...
..What special marking did the Slavs where in the Holocaust indicating that they were Slavs??? Yellow star for Jews, Pink triangles for Gays..Immigrants wore black triangles...There were many POW's of the Slavic race that were killed, but hell there were POW's that were from France, America, England, etc....that were killed too....but Hitlers main goal was not to kill Slavs so don't give me that crap...maybe in Russia they taught you that. It was the Russians who had Pogroms against the Jews way before Hitler took power. It was Russians who stuck the Jews in "The Pale of Setttlement"...get a whole of yourself Russki and stop playing that the Russians are innocent. Like Surfguy said, why did most Jews leave Russia back in the 70s?
It was Russia who transported large ethnic populations into areas such as Siberia and other parts of the Far East...also stuck them into Gulags. These people who are now in Moscow or St. Petersburg are trying to make a living and now you have those dreads of society skinheads which in part are protected by the gov't. Why do Russians having a hard time excepting these people from other regions living in large Russian cities? It was okay though to use their labor to build up Russia during the Soviet times? Crimean Tatars were forced from the Crimea into Siberia and God forbid if they live and work in Russia today they are looked upon as foreignors...You can say anything you want about America...it was America who took many Russians in as new immigrants. |

| well my point here is not to trash talk Russia or any people or any other country...it's just to point out hypocrysies. Thing is in WWII far more Christians died than any other group and that is the truth! Atrocities were committed by so many. One thing is: You can tell how civilized a society is by how they treat thier POWs...And we all know people were far better off being captured by Americans and the Allies than by any of the others...Germans, Russians, Japanese, etc. Infact so many of the German POWs who were brought back here to the US remained here in the states at the end of the war to live and build good lives. Rough times for the world then...that's for sure. |
