| There is a thread on this in the Petersburg forum but that does not seem to be the correct place. It seems that calling cell phones in Russia from other countries continues to be a problem. I have been calling cell phones from Canada and the service is very intermittant. Most of the time I get a busy signal and only occassionally do I get through. I am wondering if it would be better to use the Moscow numbers given on this website but when I call the Beeline number ((495) 105-5678) I get a "Number is not in service" message. Is there a new Beeline Moscow number? |

I call mobiles in Russia often and rarely have a problem. If there is a busy tone, then invariably the number is busy. They can take quite a while to start ringing though.
Had a look on Beelines website and found this number in Moscow
