Whose been to Nizhiy Tagil, Russia? what kind of economic conditions exist? internet access? location? etc. Tell me what you know about this city and how life is like there?

You can visit this site to know about N.Tagil: http://www.ntagil.ru/ But it is in Russian... I live in Ekaterinbugr. It's not far from N.Tagil (about 140 km).

Hey, there's a chat and link to the forum at the bottom right corner of the Nizhniy Tagil website...you might try chatting or posting a topic in their forum to track down that girl you're head over heels for.
