Just curious, what is the most hassle free point of entry to Russia by air? Best airport, best service (relative) ease to get to town (public or private transport). Whether coming in from Europe, North Am or Asia, doesnt matter.

greg222 is correct - domodedovo, moscow is without doubt the best of the airports. There is a direct train from paveletski voksal railway station which goes right into the terminal - well almost. Clean - yes, Modern - Yes. Avoid Sheremetyevo.

If others have info (personally never been to russia, but thinking of going soon) and would like to comment on any intl airport entry point, whether far east, from Asia (Korea, China, Japan) or others. I am sure experiences would benefit all on the way to russia forums.
