I am looking for someone that I believe is living or lived in barnaul...is there a phone book/phone list? or anyone have any ideas on how i can locate this person?

Do you speak Russian? If yes, you can try searching Google for the phone book/directory in Barnaul. If you don't speak Russian, that would be tough to find. I doubt there's a phone directory for Barnaul in English.

Thank you, MrSpice! I don't speak Russian unfortunately. What type of information would I need? Would I be able to get someone to translate for me somehow? Do you speak Russian?

I did a Google for white pages with no luck. There are a few sites for business (all in Russian) but that is probably not much use to you.

thank you so much for trying! and yes, unfortunately any website written in all russian will be no help to me since i cannot read. i've emailed some people, and one business woman from barnaul. i'm hoping someone can help me! thank you once again!
