I'm planning a trip to St. Petersburg and was thinking of going around Sept./Oct. (or could be earlier). This is probably a bit premature of me but I thought it would be a good idea to start making some contacts over there. I'll also be travelling by myself so some company (and a guide) would be good too. I know some Russian but it's been awhile so I'm hoping I can prepare myself before I leave for St. Petersburg and have some decent conversations with the locals. I work at a University and was thinking that if someone over there is interested in learning/practising their English then we might be able to teach each other. Thanks, Mitchell.

My name is Alexey, im 4th-year student, live in Saint-Petersburg. I think its a good idea to learn each other our languages. I also can tell you some facts about my native city and help you.
