I would like to read, if possible, the exact text of the Resolution of the Government No. 635, and any laws that have been issued since. I have found out at the consulate yesterday that there are additional new regulations as of the beginning of December. Could you please let me know where I can get the most updated and correct information? It can be in English or Russian. Thanks, Asia
