My ex was a lovely French girl from Quebec. You aren't fit to lick her boots. The only reason we split up, was because she lied to me, and I have zero tolerance for liars, ( as is reflected in my attitude toward you. ) She was a lovely woman, for 14 years. It means, when you are an argument with any of your friend, you may express your displeasure by scolding him but for that his/her family shouldn't be commented(gossip).
