Hi,

I'm booked on an overnight train which departs at 11:30pm at night heading to St. Petersburg. Is it possible to safely store our luggage during the day at the station and collect it before departing and also does anyone know roughly how early one can board these ovvernight trains?

Thanks
Nick

It is possible and safe to store your luggage at the station. In Russia we have 2 types of luggage office - automatical cells and manually operated store-rooms. I think you'd better use automatic cell.

You can board such a train approximately in 30 minutes before the departure.

Alex.
