WTR had gone WayOutofControl a long time ago. I have no more interest to bring order to mayhem. But I have also left Russia a long time ago and what I know will be outdated and that is the main reason. A lot of the concerns in those messages was about regulars hogging WTR space for political rants--and not necessarily about Russia. Just thought you'd like to know. It's been nice knowing some of you, but WTR has changed, so have I, and I'm moving on.

Eventually, the rest of us will be faced with the time to move onward as well. I'll be around longer to contribute more. In the meantime, feel free to stay in touch through PM or email.
