Sorry, another Visa question. I received my tourist visa today which is stuck in my passport. I've also got a white card (divided in 2, perforated in te middle) with 'Departure Card' and some visa info on both parts. What is this? Any help appreciated...

From my understanding one part will be taken when entering russia and the other part will be taken when you leave russia. I am not 100% sure, but i think it is another way that they monitor who is entering the country and if you have left the country.
